Liberian Citizen
Must be a citizen of the Republic of Liberia.
Age 18–35
Within the required age bracket at the time of application.
High School Diploma
Senior high school diploma or WAEC/WASSCE certificate.
Medically Fit
Physically and mentally fit; no disqualifying criminal record.
